You'll leave with a carefully curated treatment plan — diet, lifestyle, and natural prescriptions — built as a true map back to yourself.
Return Consultations
Space to return and reflect. We revisit your progress, name the barriers that have surfaced, and read into any test results together. From here we might revisit a system we've already explored, or move deeper into a new one — always finding our way toward something sustainable, something that holds. Healing isn't linear, and this is the room where we honour that. Includes an updated treatment plan as your needs evolve.
In Need
For existing clients, when something small but pressing arrives. A brief read of your concern and current health landscape, followed by an acute or repeat prescription — relief for the common, everyday disruptions like colds and flu, unsettled sleep, or a wave of stress or mild anxiety. Focused, and grounded in everything I already know about you.

A weaving of two practices over six weeks — naturopathic care and herbal prescribing, carried alongside a course of colonic hydrotherapy so the two work in concert. We open together, reading your whole terrain and setting your prescriptions in motion; the colonics support the body as the herbs do their quiet work; and we close by tracing how far you've come. You'll also receive a colonic terrain insight — observations gathered from your sessions, drawn together for you to keep.
